2 to 4 athletes
Small group lacrosse training.
The right setting for competitive reps. Small groups (2 to 4 athletes) get every benefit of 1-on-1 coaching, plus the partner work and competition that you can't simulate alone.
What's covered
- Partner-driven drills: passing series at game speed, 1v1 dodges, ground ball battles.
- Position-aware grouping: athletes of similar position work alongside each other so the drill set is sharp, not generic.
- Competitive structure: short games and timed reps that translate to game-day intensity.
- Individual coaching cues: Dan moves between athletes the same way he would in a college practice, with specific feedback per rep.
Who it's for
Teammates, training partners, or a sibling pair. Athletes typically range from 12 to high school. The group has to be roughly similar in skill level so the drills hit the right speed for everyone.
How a session runs
- Warm-up (5 to 10 min): dynamic stretch, ball movement, light reps.
- Skill block (20 to 25 min): structured drills with everyone working.
- Competitive block(15 to 20 min): 1v1s, 2v2s, or short games applying the day's focus.
- Cool-down + cues (5 min): what each athlete should work on individually.
