When you submit the inquiry form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, and (if you choose to share it) your email address and the contents of your message. We also automatically collect basic analytics data such as pages visited, referring site, device type, and approximate location, when our analytics provider is enabled.

2. How we use it

Your contact information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and to schedule your lacrosse training sessions. Analytics data is used to understand how visitors find and use the site so we can improve it.

3. Who we share it with

We share inquiry-form data with our email provider (Resend) and, if enabled, our customer relationship system (GoHighLevel) for the sole purpose of delivering your message to coach Dan Crotty. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics when enabled. Google Analytics may set cookies in your browser to count visits and measure site usage. Cookies do not contain personally identifying information.

5. Data retention

We retain inquiry-form submissions for as long as our coaching relationship is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing thelaxteacher@gmail.com.

6. Your rights

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, or request deletion. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email above.

7. Children's privacy

The Lax Teacher trains athletes of all ages, but inquiries about minors are typically initiated by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through this site.

8. Updates to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
