1-on-1 sessions
Private 1-on-1 lacrosse lessons.
The fastest path to a new gear. One athlete, one coach, every rep purposeful. Sessions are built around what your athlete needs to work on next.
What's covered
- Stick skills: cradling, scooping, off-hand work, time-and-room shooting, on-the-run shooting.
- Position work: dodging series for midfielders and attackmen, footwork and approach for defenders, save sequencing for goalies, draw work for face-off athletes.
- Lacrosse IQ: recognizing offensive sets, reading slides, communicating on defense, picking your spots.
- Video review: when applicable, Dan reviews game film with the athlete and breaks down specific moments.
Who it's for
Boys and girls, ages 7 through college. Sessions scale up and down in technical depth based on age and skill level. The most common athletes are 7th through 10th graders building toward a high-school varsity role or club tryout, but Dan trains players at every stage of development.
How a session runs
- Warm-up (5 to 10 min): stick warm-up, footwork ladder, jog and dynamic stretches.
- Skill block (20 to 30 min): position-specific or skill-specific work, structured drills, real reps with coaching cues.
- Live application(10 to 15 min): the day's focus applied to a game-speed scenario.
- Wrap and homework (5 min): what to work on between sessions.
